This article was written for Callisto and revised for Europa.

It uses highly unstable JET templates and so broke in Ganymede; seems to have at least 3 bugs now.

Helios introduced a much better approach using EMF delegates obsoleting the JET half of the article and simplifying the generated code exposition.

I am working on a revised article.

Should the old article be overridden or renamed to

"Implementing Model Integrity in EMF with Eclipse OCL and JET"

so that the retained name for the revised article dominates?

I prefer the rename so that the new article can reference it as background demonstration of the benefits of the new approach.

Ping. Anyone there?

As a general rule, I prefer not to rename existing content. However, it makes things more understandable and makes sense, I say go for it.

I'd very much rather not change the existing URL. We can include a link from the old version to the new one.

FWIW, we can use the same landing page/abstract for the new and old versions of the article. Or we can just create a whole new article. Your call.

I am looking forward to the new content.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

Enthusiasm esxpired during the initial delay, but the intent to provide a replacement is still ther.

We're no longer taking articles for Eclipse Corner. Further, this bug has been in the system with little activity for some time. Feel free to reopen.
