If you have an xml file and an xsl file open and you switch the active editor from the xml one to the xsl one, the window's tool bar will shift its items around for at least five seconds before finally settling down.

I can see that as well, switching from XSD to Java editor.

This doesn't seem to be happening anymore with M20110713-2200 on Windows XP.
