I use the eclipse install. My target platform is eclipse-orion-0.2RC1 and my git version are :

When I run the server, I can login properly. But when I'm on the "Navigator" view, the action buttons in the toolbar are not visible. There should be a "New folder" button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download target platform eclipse-orion-0.2RC1
2.Run the application in eclipse
3.Go to localhost:8080
4.Login
5.Go to navigator view

If you have run a previous build on that host/port you might be running into caching issues. Try clearing your browser cache and local storage:

http://wiki.eclipse.org/Orion/Clearing_local_storage

In RC1 we added better cache management rules so you *should* never have to do this again. However in older builds we weren't setting any cache policy and browsers seem to be quite aggressive about caching the content (even if you tell them to refresh).
