in the org.eclipse.mylyn.builds.core project are 36 warnings and
org.eclipse.mylyn.builds.ui project are 224 warnings

Non-externalized string literal; it should be followed by //$NON-NLS-<n>$

Please add $NON-NLS or externalize the Strings

Frank, let's not worry about builds and reviews for now. I know that there is some work to do but I plan on doing that for 1.0 next year when we have stabilized the API and messages.
