1) The R4E preferences has multiple tabs, each tab has a "Restore Defaults" button, 
the expected behaviour is to reset the elements to the corresponding tab, however pressing it while in User tab. clears all entries in e.g. Groups tab 


2) Pressing the "Restore Defaults" button has no effect on the check box "Create delta elements ..."

The restore default function is now implemented.  It will remove all entries for the preferences and will set the user Id, Email and use Deltas options
