From the toolbar and from the main menu (Papyrus->Diagram) there are options to create 10 different types of diagram. From the model explorer contect menu (New Diagram) there are only 8 possibilities. The Deplyment diagram and the Component diagram are missing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch to the Papyrus persective
2. Select the model explorer view
3. Right ckick on the model explorer to bring up the context menu
4. Move the cursor over the New Diagram option to expand it. 
5. Observe there is no Deployment Diagram or Component diagram available.
6. From the main menu select Papyrus.
7. Move the cursor over Diagrams.
8. Observe that Deployment Diagram and Component diagram are available options.

This problem is still present in the 0.8.0.v201106151827 version.

In the meantime it is possible to create a deployment diagram via the context menu of the model explorer
