I noticed that the first column (column 0) is cut off, however the other columns are not (I can see the last part of the string, "ZZZZ").

This also affects the case when I have a problem marker description that exceeds 240 or so characters.

I believe this is a Windows limitation. See bug 235746 and bug 315379.

Yes it is a duplicate.
