The fileClientPlugin is loading the full uncompressed build of dojo. This is a pretty big download hit to take (~110KB gzipped) the first time the navigator is loaded.

Note this isn't an unused dependency. The file client uses at least xhr and toJSON from dojo.

Bug 361031 covers this: if we did a requireJS build on our plugins, they could be optimized so you only get the subset of dojo you need.
