As highlighted in the License Consistency Tool (http://build.eclipse.org/indigo/simrel/reports/licenseConsistency.html), there are two BIRT Features that are using the old 2010 Eclipse license file:

org.eclipse.birt.osgi.runtime.source.feature.group
org.eclipse.birt.source.feature.group

These need to be updated to use the 2011 License File.

This is not a showstopper for BIRT 3.7 but should be addressed for 3.7.1.
