keys preferences

Build: eclipse-SDK-4.1RC4

"Application Category" category name and a few command names for Keys Preferences are unexternalized. See the screen capture in pseudo translations. Strings in red boxes are unexternalized.

See also bug 372523. The 'Application Context' duplicates some of the commands (e.g. 'Save'), which is very confusing for a user. Maybe we can just remove that context together with its commands?
Comment 2 Paul Elder CLA 2013-11-05 13:40:20 EST
The offending commands and category have been removed as part of the fix for bug 411602.
