screen shot showing how to reproduce

BuildId: I20110610-1515

I was trying to maximize a view and discovered that it wouldn't take over the entire screen: another part stack remained visible. Examining the window structure with the Live Application Model view showed that the window's PSC had the Outline View's part stack outside of the perspective (see attached screenshot).

Steps to recreate:
1. Open the Java Browsing perspective.
2. Open the Outline View
3. Drag the Outline View to the right side such that the Outline View's stack extends from the top to the bottom of the window (see image; the mouse cursor is about where the red splotch is shown).
4. Maximize some other part stack. See the Outline's part stack remain visible on screen.

Other windows don't have this second part stack.
