hi im using eclipse ide along with webnms plugin..but when i open ems project im geting illegal therad access..please help me... my boss is gonna kill me..im using ubuntu along with open jdk....

JDT debug does not develop the EMS project, I suggest opening a bug against that project.

To be honest I don't have the slightest idea, I have never even heard of the EMS project before. A quick Google search for "Eclipse EMS project support" (minus the quotes) led me here: http://www.webnms.com/support.html
