The eclipse market place entry for m2e needs to be updated to point to the 1.0 release otherwise ppl who don't know that m2e is now coming from Eclipse will get confused.

We could also keep the old version available with adding another entry.

Since m2e 1.0 is not backwards compatible with 0.12.1, I think we need to keep the old entry for now.

updated eclipse marketplace to point at m2e 1.0.0.
