1) On the navigate page, click on the Zip Import menu item from the "More" menu on a folder
2) In the dialog that opens, use the file picker button to open the native file chooser
3) Pick a zip file to import
4) After the native file chooser closes, notice that the zip import dialog is now displaying a progress bar that shows "0%".

At this point, it looked like it was showing progress, so I waited... until I realized I had to hit the OK button to get it to actually do something.

This is no longer applicable since Anton redesigned the import dialog.
