Steps:
1. Open org.eclipse.orion.server.git.servlets.GitCloneHandlerV1[1] from org.eclipse.orion.server
2. Show Blame Annot's for the file
3. Go to line 262
=> IS: marked as being part of 93cbbf70dd09e7365897964dd3ae1c2af1566b96
=> SHOULD BE: changed by 91e8db2c, double checked with "git blame" in the command line

I'm also seeing some blank annot's, eg line 23, but this seems to be a separate issue.

Tried to reproduce this with EGit / JGit 1.0.0.201106090707-r and it seems to work properly. See attached screenshot.

Please file another bug for the non-annotated line.

Works for me using 1.0.0.201106090707-r
