This code was brought over from RBD, but is part of an unfinished implementation. Let's get rid of it for now, and then if/when we want to support projects from outside the workspace we can either start from scratch or bring the code back over. APIs keep changing, so there's no point keeping these classes up to date when they're not even used anywhere.
