Description sparrow Mising name CLA 2011-06-09 05:04:52 EDT
It would by nice if Quick Switch Editor (Ctrl+E) shown file paths when hovering over opened editors list. When using PHP PEAR naming conventions (eg. Zend Framework) many files have the same filename and are indistinguishable.

Maybe I'm missing something here but didn't we fix this two years ago in 3.5 for bug 264152?

You are right! It works but it seems to be some problem - that's why I did not notice it at first! When you select a position from a list the hint does not show up at first - you have to move the mouse a bit. It would be also nice if people who use mainly the keyboard could se it when moving with the arrows.

I can duplicate it on 3.7 - the first tooltip does not show up.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it and reopen this bug. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
