Description David Williams CLA 2011-06-08 23:12:42 EDT
As discussed in bug 348670, if a project is intentionally delivering bundles which can not be signed, for technical reasons, they should specify "do no sign" in an eclipse.inf file, so that other, downstream consumers will not inadvertently sign it.
