Currently, BasicExplorerContentProvider is designed to display model content under files. It should be enhanced to that clients overriding it may choose to display model content under folders or projects.

Fixed by introducing #getModelRoot(IResource resource) and #getUnderlyingWorkspaceResource(Object modelContentRoot) methods and deprecating #getModelRoot(TransactionalEditingDomain editingDomain, IFile file).
