1. Go to the "Sites" page
2. Click "Create a site configuration"
3. Type a name, press Enter. The dialog should be dismissed but it isn't.

The recommended way to get the current value from a dijit widget is .get("value"), not the .value field. In my case .value was not updated early enough, so isValid() incorrectly returned false after pressing Enter and the dialog would not dismiss.
