Just wanted to log this idea ... not high priority, but give bug 348670 (combined with last minute bug 348604) it seems like it'd be useful if we tested the bundles we _consume_ and redistribute, such as from Orbit, or EclispeLink, and make sure they are signed. If not, we'll sign them, but then there's two versions of that bundle floating around, one signed, one not. If we tested before we built, we could open a bug earlier, so fixed at source.
