The dependencies of org.eclipse.draw2d, org.eclipse.draw2d.rap and org.eclipse.zest.* are restricted to version 1.4 of org.eclipse.rap.rwt and org.eclipse.rap.ui.
This makes the Draw2D and Zest components unusable with RAP 1.5

Changed execution environment to 1.5 for GEF port bundles. Changes committed to CVS HEAD.

I meant the bundle-version doesn't fit with RAP 1.5
The dependency is to RWT is expressed as 
  org.eclipse.rap.rwt;bundle-version="1.4.0",
but it should rather be
 org.eclipse.rap.rwt;bundle-version="[1.4.0,2.0.0)",
Same for org.eclipse.rap.ui

The Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment does not necessarily need to be changed for RAP 1.5
