When selecting a file context from the review navigator, the compare editor is refreshed with the corresponding compare of base and target.
  however if the file name is the same e.g. pom.xml but in a different path / project, the compare editor is not refreshed.

Don't forget to set the target milestone 
and please don't close until the bug is available in the repo
