Just as reminder ... our "capabililities" bundles we contribute to EPP packages have their own build/repo and even though they haven't changed this release, they never were "packed". Not sure they have java code, or much, but wanted to open this bug to not forget do attend to, some day.

Ok, I checked. None of the "capability bundles" have java code, so they would not benefit much from pack200. Of course, they would like profit from gzip compression, but they are all so tiny anyway, I do not think worth any effort. If anyone disagrees, feel free to reopen:
