Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with Entity
2. Add TextAnnotation for Entity
3. Click on 'value' column for selected annotation in Annotation Property View. Do not change any value
4. Click on any element in Tigerstripe Explorer 
5. 'Save annotation' dialog is displayed


Reproducible: Always
