In order to publish artifacts such as the parent pom required for the Mylyn build and to make components that are usable in standalone environments such as WikiText easier to consume the Mylyn project should have a Maven repository. Once a global repository is available at Eclipse.org (bug 297533) artifacts may be hosted there.

http://download.eclipse.org/mylyn/maven/releases/ and http://download.eclipse.org/mylyn/maven/snapshots/ have been setup as Maven repositories. At the moment the snapshot repository only contains the parent pom but we may publish other artifacts as needed.
