Build Identifier: I20110525-0800

Go to Table Associations page, click New Association button to open
Association Tables page, select a table for Table 1 or Table 2 field, select Many
to many association, and then select back to Simple association, you'll see the Next button is enabled which is incorrect. Continuing following the Next button will result in NPE at the subsequent steps.
