It seems one of the back end nodes at eclipse.org is not synchronizing. I recently changed index.php at this location:

http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/development/project-log-files/

I added the "Indigo" log to the list. If I hit F5 in my browser, I randomly get either the old index.php or the new one. I.e., the Indigo logs appears/disappears randomly. It has been like this for at least 20 minutes, and I have asked someone at another location to verify and they see the same behaviour.

I've forced the front ends to checkout the www content.
