We should remove the overview-tree.html from the Dali doc.isv jar.  The file is 173MB, 2/3 of the overall size of the uncompressed content.  This generated Hierarchy Tree isn't very useful anyway in "modern" times.  It should just be removed to save space.  Space savings would likely be around 8MB off of the WTP-SDK zip.

The patch for this would obviously be enormous given the removal of the very large text file, so won't post a patch of the removed file.  I will also update the references to the file so that there are no broken links, but even if there were, this would be a very minor issue.

I have checked this change in.  There will be a few broken links in the javadoc but I am not concerned about that.  There were too many references to take care of manually and I didn't want to regenerate hundreds of files at this point.  I did fix the main links on the more prominent pages.  I seriously doubt anyone will be clicking on these un-fixed links, and if they do, getting a broken link would probably be more helpful than getting the alternative, which is a 173MB HTML doc that isn't very useful and will likely hang their web browser.
