Part wizards are still needed for Data table, Interface, Record, and Service.  Also revisit the current part wizards to make sure they are complete.

Code for various types of programs and libraries might need to to be cleaned up (uncommented if it will be in EDT, deleted if not).

Make sure that all EGL part wizards are being extended the right way.  Use the Record wizard as the example.  (Older wizards might need updating.)
