Steps using the build from today (I20110602-1400):

1. Start Orion.
2. Go to http://localhost:8080 and log in, go to the navigator.
3. There shouldn't be any directories in the navigator.
4. Click on Repositories, and then on "Clone Repository". Enter "ssh://bbokowski@git.eclipse.org/gitroot/e4/org.eclipse.orion.client.git" (replace with your committer id)
5. Prompt for username and password appears
6. After the operation has finished, go to the navigator again.

Expected: one directory "org.eclipse.orion.client"
Actual: two or three directories with that name. Only one has content.
