It still need an RSE connection setup

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an project using Remote Tool provider on Linux, do not setup RSE connection.
2. Go to 'Search-> Remote , click Folder Browse
3. Window pop up ask for username and password.
