Duplicate feature name "Sapphire UI Framework"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
I see a duplicate feature name "Sapphire UI Framework" for ids "org.eclipse.sapphire.ui.swt.xml.editor" and "org.eclipse.sapphire.ui"

Not sure if we should have a distinctive name for each feature?

One of these is supposed to be labeled "Sapphire XML Editor Support", but that wasn't done consistently in all places.
