Description Pascal Rapicault CLA 2011-06-01 15:10:49 EDT
In bug #345497 we fixed the occurrence of a MalformedURLException at the transport level by simply skipping the call to the transport layer from the repository manager. This is "quick" fix and we should look into fixing this at transport level.

Given that the original issue was caused by changes in ECF (see bug #347997), we should see if the API change will be permanent.

Move all 3.8 bugs to Juno.
Comment 2 Ian Bull CLA 2012-06-29 11:51:42 EDT
Moving out. Pascal, if you plan on working on this feel free to add it to Kepler.
Comment 3 Eclipse Genie CLA 2019-09-01 14:08:10 EDT
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
