Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Untar 'callhierarchy_fixed.tar' on Linux server, create a remote makefile project on top of callhierarchy folder  using Remote Tool connection(Do not set up RSE connection).
2. Open 'ch100b.cpp, choose 'f0' and Open Type Hierarchy.
3. In Remote Type Hierarchy window, double click on node 'f1', a window will pop up ask for username and password.
