I have a query for all open reviews at egit.eclipse.org but hyperlinking only allows me to jump to reviews that are part of my task list. For reviews which are not part of my query should be retrieved instantly.

works (as long as the change is not merged)

Agreed. The missing parts of the API support should be implemented.
