Maybe you already know this ... maybe wiki is still in "read only" mode? ... but when I try to login to wiki, I just get a blank page back.

This is trying the "login" link at top right of most wiki pages ... which appears (given the page I'm on) to be

http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php?title=Special:Userlogin&returnto=Category:Indigo&action=submitlogin&type=login

I'm not able to replicate this from my remote site. Are you still experiencing this error?

Comment 2 David Williams CLA 2011-06-01 14:41:06 EDT
yes, I am. I've tried two browsers (firefox, opera), two OSs (linux, windows) (on two different machines) ... all return blank.

I am on Time-Warner-Cable connection ... maybe they are filtering out :)

I'm not sure this would ever be expected to "work", but

$ wget http://wiki.eclipse.org/Special:Userlogin

returns "internal server error"?

Looks like one of the front ends had a stale nfs mount and that was causing a 500 to be thrown. I've fixed that and it seems to be happy now.

Just 'luck' that Time-Warner got the bad one, yeah that's the ticket. :)
