Dave Carver pointed out that there are a bunch of bad org.eclipse.linuxtools entries in the shared maven repository here: /opt/users/hudsonbuild/.m2/repository It would be great if those could be cleared out. Upon Dave's suggestion, I've switched our build configuration in Hudson to use a private maven repository instead of this shared one. Thanks!
In general you may just want to delete the repository under the .m2 directory. I suspect there are a lot of stale items out there. When you do so, just tell people to rerun their builds. This is another reason to allow deployments from Hudson to the maven.eclipse.org repository. That is really where people should be sharing their common artifacts that other projects may need.
Ok so what am I actually supposed to do here? I don't see anything called 'linux-tools', and just removing things(even if they can be rebuilt) this close to Indigo seems a bit much. -M.

We can have this as one of the clean up items to do early in Juno. Basically, all projects should be using a private repository (i.e. one devoted to their workspace), and any shared items they need to share should be deployed to the maven.eclipse.org Nexus repository.

Indigo is definitely out. Does this still apply?
(In reply to Denis Roy from comment #4) > Indigo is definitely out. Does this still apply? Closing. LinuxTools has moved to its own HIPP so I suspect this bug will be a WONTFIX.
