1. Fetch changes for org.eclipse.orion.server, note the "forced update" message next to master branch:

2. open "gitk --all" and see that remotes/origin/master hasn't been updated since 2011-5-27, which is obviously not true
3. in my local branch I'm having not commits from Szymon, Piotr and myself which were on remote some time ago, but they're gone now

A newly cloned repository will not contain those commits. Same story for org.eclipse.orion.client
