- 3.7RC3 build
- observed with IE7 on XP, but worked on Linux with Firefox, so appears to be browser-dependent

- invoke menu Help -> Help Contents
- expand tree items Platform Plug-in Developer Guide > What's New
  -> clicking on either the Equinox or SWT item navigates to the Platform document but doesn't position at the Equinox or SWT anchor within the document
