Description Grant Gayed CLA 2011-05-30 12:02:26 EDT
- 3.7RC3
- observed on PPC64, likely happens with all GTK implementations

- run ControlExample, go to the Text tab
- listen for MouseMove events
- select the SWT styles: SINGLE, SEARCH, ICON_SEARCH
- move the pointer within the example Text control and note that the x values on the incoming MouseMove events are negative when you're moving over the Text's search icon
-> it looks like it's considering the beginning of the text entry portion as x=0, but this is not consistent with the other platforms
Comment 1 Alexander Kurtakov CLA 2018-07-13 09:04:51 EDT
With today I-build there is no MouseMove event over the search icon.
Comment 2 Eric Williams CLA 2019-02-14 15:46:02 EST
No longer relevant as we use GtkSearchEntry now.
