If the caption of a Position implementing IProjectionPosition points to the last line in the document, the collapsed projection won't unfold.

The bug is highly unlikely to happen in Java. I found it when implementing IProjectionPosition in a Xtext document.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open this Java file:

---begin of file---
/**
 * This is the caption line*/ class Test{}---end of file---

(Note there is NO newline after the end of the class)

2. Close the documentation projection
3. Try to open it again
   Expected: Projection should unfold
   Actual: Projection doesn't change.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

Still the same in I20191111-1800. I plan to investigate this issue.
