1. Have the 'Console' view show a stack trace.
2. Close all opened editors.
3. Maximize the 'Console' view.
4. Click on one of the links.
5. When the tab of the 'Console' view changes colour (which tells you the editor has been activated), hit Ctrl+M.
6. Now the editor is maximized but the trim on the side shows nothing. It is using the 'Restore' icon.
7. Ctrl+M again. Now it's showing the 'Maximize' icon.
8. Ctrl+M again. Icons show up in the trim now.

Cannot reproduce with I20111025-2000 on Windows XP.
