Detected on option "Notify Review Owner of Progress", however some of the items may be general to other notification types

1) "Notify Review Owner of Progress" shall it be "Notify Review Progress", this is better since we populate all participants by default and the user can decide to remove any. 
2) The notification "count" did not take my global anomalies and comments into account
3) I invited Marco and then disabled him, however he still was included in the To: list as well as the participants list
4) I think it would be great if the anomaly text and comment text are included in the e-mail. The user can always remove it if they don't want it. But it's a great form to summarise the findings in a single page. And the receiver may read the findings even from his phone

All items enumarated in this bug are now implemented.  I also improved the format of the mail messages
