1- Access to open an existing Group should be available from the Review navigator view menu bar

2- Reply to a comment should be available from a global anomalies

I should not be allowed to modified an existing comment

3- I need to add a check mark to a global anomalies to be able to filter it when I am done

4-The anomaly description has no vertical bar to scroll a large text. When the text description is long, the Description widget do not expand even if I resize the dialogue window. 

5- In the review properties, the text should warp for long description

I think this improvement shall not be for global anomalies only, 
it would be very useful to reply to the description of an anomaly as well as to the description of a comment.
  and add the initial description pre-appended with the ">" character, similar to what mylyn/bugzilla do to reply to any comment.
