When automatic updates have be started. A dialog displays "New udpates are available and downloaded".  At this point if you look at the system - the updates don't appear to have been downloaded to the system.  After the user selects the feature and selects to install it, then the feature/plugin is downloaded.  This message appears to be incorrect as it specifies the updates have been downloaed when in fact they are not.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.setup for automatic updates
2.Wait for the event to kick off , then see the screen that prompt.

This has been addressed in 3.5 and up.
