Its probably always been this way, and I just never noticed, but I see Mylyn in the list of "pre-enabled" software sites for JavaScript IDE (RC2). But, Mylyn is not part of the JavaScript IDE. (and, before you ask .. yes, that's by design :) ... I left it out to minimize install ... until end users would ask for it, and none have). I know for Java EE IDE (and others) Mylyn is included as a pre-enabled software site, so that any post-release fixes could be (more) easily found ... but, seems not required if Mylyn's not included in the install in the first place. I don't think it hurts too much ... maybe a tiny performance impact when checking for other updates? ... so listing as minor. Would be fixing if a "one line fix" somewhere ... but, not if it takes some restructuring.
Created attachment 196689 [details] touchpoing configuration change - removing Mylyn repository Actually it is not a one-liner, it is a 4-line fix. Patch applied to CVS HEAD, should be in RC3 next week.
