patch to remove unneeded BREE

Here is a patch that removes the BREE and the Java nature, since the project does not contain any Java sources.

To conform to David M Williams recommendation, I agree to commit this patch before RC3.

I've check the plug-in org.eclipse.gmt.modisco.xml.browser.customization_0.9.0.v201106080847.jar: the MANIFEST.MF does not contains any Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment property.

This bug can be closed.
