Hi,

using acceleo 3.1.0, there is some problems with protected area in @main templates.

it generates "ACCELEO_PROTECTED_AREA_MARKER_FIT_INDENTATION" string just after the protected id code, so in the next generation, all the code is lost.

it happens only in @main templates, other templates are not affected.
