Running an inner orion from orion.eclipse.org
(just updated to this week's i-build)

- I copied the URL for the git clone page from my FF browser to Chrome in order to test a bug I'd just fixed. 
- The git clone page gave me the "loading" progress message and then never updated.
- I reloaded with no success.  Then realized I probably was not logged in.  Went to the main page, logged in, then I was able to go back and reload the clones page with success.

Repo page should force a login the way all the others do?

Fixed with I5f9e3736e9b6012958cc1f4136faae8cf07068d4
